Goodbye, Dear Captain!

I'm still feeling very subdued about the news I got from Elviza. My Captain O Captain, The Ancient Mariner, (pic above) has left us yesterday. The reality hasn't really set in. Even until today. Not until I saw so many people blogged about his passing.

It was like a dream and I was having difficulty believing the text that I kept staring at each word. We spoke over the phone about a couple of weeks ago when I alerted him about my ultrasound result. He was caring and always showed me his loving gesture...

He was like a brother I never had even though he always gave me the fatherly figure. I loved him dearly. He liked to call me, even though occasionally, his calls and pep-talks were always soothing and comforting. I am going to miss him dearly.

Dear visitors, if you are visiting me today, let us give him a moment of silence and recite Al-Fatihah. May your soul be blessed and placed amongst the solihiin my dearest brother... Amiin.

You have board off this time train to meet Our Creator. Our time will come too...

Peacefully... you left us.
Tenderly, you always treated us.
